Working with BusiMatch
How you use software and who holds which rights is agreed per project. These are the arrangements we work with.
Rent
You pay a fixed monthly or yearly fee. BusiMatch hosts, maintains and updates the software. Ideal if you want to start quickly without handling servers and updates yourself.

Licence
You receive a defined right to use the software, for example for a number of users, domains or installations. The underlying rights stay with BusiMatch unless agreed otherwise.

Custom with transfer
For projects where you want to take over specific rights to the software. Which rights, and on what terms, is set out explicitly in the agreement.

Payment
For custom work we usually ask for a deposit at the start, often 50 percent, and the remainder as agreed in the quotation, for example per milestone or on delivery. The exact schedule is always in your quotation.
