Who we are

What data

When you submit a project: your name, e-mail address, and optionally your company, phone, country and website; your answers to BusiBot and the project brief; files you add. If you sign in with your BusiMatch ID, we receive your ID number, name and e-mail address from busimatch.club.

What for

Only to handle your request, prepare a quotation and communicate with you about your project. We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.

Legal basis

Taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and your consent for processing the files you send.

AI processing

If BusiBot's AI feature is enabled, your answers to BusiBot are processed by an AI model from Anthropic to create follow-up questions and a summary. Files are not sent to that model.

Retention

Files from a brief that is not submitted are deleted automatically after 48 hours. Submitted requests that do not lead to a project are kept for [period to be completed, e.g. 12 months] and then deleted.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data and withdraw your consent. E-mail info@busimatch.com. You can also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.

Security

Files are stored outside the public part of the website and are only accessible to BusiMatch staff.
